The SNAG School Program has been designed to get as many children introduced to the game of golf. The SNAG equipment and training tools offer a safe and effective way of teaching children indoors and outdoors. The curriculum is set up so that the child is continuously assessed on their capabilities. The child then gets an opportunity to play in the Interschool SNAG GOLF tournaments in their city and later Interschool National SNAG GOLF tournaments.
The program meets all the physical education requirements.
The SNAG School Program provides the fundamentals of golf along with the game’s rules, etiquette and life values to children in a well-structured 12-lesson program developed by PGA Professionals, Child Development and Physical Education Specialists. It is designed to meet many of the standards set by the National Association of Sport and Physical Education (NASPE), contain objectives in the three domains of student learning: Psychomotor (physical skills), Cognitive (knowledge of concepts, rules and strategies), and Affective (emotional well-being).
The SNAG trainers are all certified and have completed detailed training sessions to ensure that the child is accessed appropriately.
