
Evolution Golf is actively involved in hosting and running golf tournaments for a multitude of corporate houses and their clients. These are even integrated with coaching clinics for non-golfing clients and employees of various organizations. An internal pool of professional golfers as well its alliances with top golf professionals and leading equipment manufacturers, make Evolution Golf perfectly primed to conduct these clinics.
1. Golf Course Hire / Green Fees
Based on the number of guests expected, we would work with either a 'shotgun' start wherein all guests tee off together from separate tees and complete their rounds together. This works especially well if our number of guests do not exceed 72, as all guests can network together before and after their golf round.

2. Invitations
Decide on your guest list and then how to invite them. Would it be an email invite, or would you prefer something more elaborate like a couriered or hand delivered personalised invite with a small gift?
3. Publicity (Press Conference, Advertisements, Communications)
Would you want the event covered by the local papers and media? Would you arrange for the PR or would you like us to initiate the same?
4. Travel (pre-event & for event)
Travel arrangements to and from the venue can be arranged.
5. On-course Signage
Based on your budgets and commitments to your event sponsors, on-course signages will be arranged to give visibility to the sponsors’ branding. This is usually done on the 1st & 10th tees and the half-way houses on the course.
6. Goodie Bags
A handout will be given to all participants which usually comprises a golf shirt, a cap, a sleeve of 3 golf balls, a packet of tees and other knick-knacks. The number of products included is based on your event budget, and perhaps a sponsor can arrange this through their own sources. Your association logos and that of your sponsors can be embroidered on the give-aways.
7. Golf Cars
Each flight will comprise four guests and each golf car seats two players. It will have an onboard GPS that shows the guests directions around the golf course and assists with calculating the distance the golf ball has to be hit. The cost of the golf cars is included in the cost of golf course hire.
8. Local Club Support Staff
There is usually a small cost levied by the golf course for use of their personnel in running the event at ground level. However, this can be negotiated to be included in the golf course hire.
9. F&B (pre-tee off, on-course & dinner, cost of dinner venue)
As per actuals, on a per head basis based on the F&B rates prevailing at the golf club.
10. Prizes
Trophies and golf equipment, based on your budget, will be put together. Usually a few 'non-serious' prizes are put in to make it more fun, and spot prizes are given away on certain holes to increase the interest level and entertainment value for the less regular / serious golfers.
11. Presentation Ceremony (MC & hostesses, live performers)
In the event you opt for an elaborate gala dinner, then this would add to the event cost.
12. Photography
A photographer will be available on site. The photographs can be printed, framed and sent as gifts after the event, or collected by the participants upon the completion of their golf round at the prize ceremony, or simply emailed to them. It adds a nice touch to the event.
13. Event Management Fees
A flat event management fee is decided based on input, participation and the scope of work.
